Yes we have pet friendly apartments available, please let us know if you are moving in with a pet and our team will make sure to show you our pet friendly apartments on your viewing. There is no additional charge for pets.
There are limited parking spaces available on a first come first served basis. Please let us know when you enquire that you are interested in a parking space and our team will be able to discuss options with you.
In addition to your brand new apartment, your rent includes access to state of the art amenities, including our swimming pool, spa pool, gymnasium, 7th floor residents lounge and co-working space, outdoor terrace, the atrium and the hideout. We’ll also be hosting regular residents events, most of which will be free for residents to attend.
You’ll also get access to the One Port St Collective through our resident app, which provides you with exclusive discounts, invites and more from our local Manchester partners.
Bills, including water, electricity and wifi are not included in the rent.
The development is due to complete in February 2026. Join the wait list to be kept up to date of key news, updates, announcements. We’ll be notifying everyone on our wait list once the apartments are available for reservation and move ins.
